FC Goa midfielder Mohammad Yasir has made 22 appearances in this season's Indian Super League, with 11 of these coming for his current club. He had previously played for Hyderabad FC in the competition during 2023/2024. Yasir last played in an Indian Super League match on April 24 for FC Goa versus Mumbai City FC. In that match he provided one assist for his team in the side's 3-2 loss. The midfielder has netted three Indian Super League goals this season, whilst he also ranks joint seventh for Indian Super League assists this campaign having assisted five goals for his team-mates. He has been booked three times. It was against Mumbai City FC on February 28 when Yasir last scored, netting in a 1-1 draw. His opening goal of the campaign came in the 1-1 draw against Bengaluru FC on November 4. Yasir played 20 Indian Super League games last season for Hyderabad FC, scored three goals and provided four assists. Yasir switched to FC Goa on loan in January 2024 from Hyderabad FC, for whom he has made 80 league appearances in total, scoring six goals and providing 10 assists, after joining the club in June 2019 from Pune City.
