Bipin Singh started his career with Shillong Lajong FC before being picked by ATK FC in the 2017-18 Hero ISL draft. He scored their first goal of the season in a match against FC Pune City with a beautifully curled free-kick. After making seven appearances for Mumbai City FC in the 2018-19 season, Bipin went from strength to strength and played 15 matches next season. He took his performances to another level in Hero ISL 2020-21 as he scored six goals and provided four assists. He also scored the only hat-trick of the season. In March 2021, he also debuted for India against Oman.
