Vinit Rai, the Punjab FC midfielder, has not taken part in the majority of the side's Indian Super League matches in 2024/2025, making 11 appearances overall and playing 567 minutes. He has been selected in the starting XI in eight of these appearances across their 24 fixtures and come on as a substitute on three occasions. Rai last appeared in an Indian Super League game on February 5, playing 62 minutes for Punjab FC versus Mohun Bagan Super Giant in a 3-0 loss. He has been shown a yellow card twice.
