Roda JC's Roland Alberg has not taken part in a high proportion of the club's Eerste Divisie matches in 2020/2021, making 15 appearances overall and accumulating 1,053 minutes of playing time. He has started in 13 of these appearances across their 38 fixtures and entered as a substitute on two occasions. Alberg last featured in the competition on February 22 for Hyderabad against ATK Mohun Bagan. He scored in that game for his side in their 2-2 draw. In total, he has notched eight Eerste Divisie goals this term, making him the side's third-top league scorer, and chipped in with one assist. He has been sent off once. It was versus Helmond Sport on December 14 when Alberg last scored, netting in a 2-2 draw. His opening goal of the campaign came in the 4-0 victory against Ajax II on August 30. In last season's Eerste Divisie, Alberg appeared in 24 games for Roda JC, scored nine goals and provided two assists. Prior to moving to Roda JC in January 2021, Alberg made three league appearances in total at Panionios, scoring one goal.
