Midfielder Jackichand Singh plays for East Bengal FC and wasn't involved in any of the five Indian Super League games that his team have played so far in 2023/2024. Singh last made an appearance in a competition game on February 22, 2022, playing 27 minutes for East Bengal against Mumbai City in a 1-0 defeat. In the team's next Indian Super League match on November 25, East Bengal FC - who are in 10th spot in the standings on four points - face a trip to Chennaiyin. Singh linked up with East Bengal FC on loan in August 2021 from Mumbai City FC, for whom he has made 14 league appearances in total, scoring one goal, after joining the club in January 2021 from Jamshedpur FC.
