Bikash Jairu began his youth career at the Sports Hostel in Namchi, Sikkim, before moving to ONGC FC who offered him a contract in 2008. He made his Hero ISL debut with FC Pune City back in 2015, playing 11 matches for the Stallions that season. After impressing for East Bengal FC in Hero I-League, Jairu returned to the Hero ISL with Jamshedpur FC in 2017-18. Having made 35 appearances for Jamshedpur FC in the Hero ISL, he signed for SC East Bengal ahead of the Hero ISL 2020-21.
