Seityasen Singh began his Hero ISL career with NorthEast United FC in 2015 and continued with them in 2016 as well. Thereafter he played 11 times in the Hero ISL 2017-18 season for Delhi Dynamos FC and contributed one goal and three assists. Unfortunately, he had to miss the entirety of the 2018-19 season due to an injury. Seityasen made 10 appearances for Kerala Blasters FC in Hero ISL 2019-20 and scored one goal and assisted another. He assisted one goal in 12 appearances for them in Hero ISL 2020-21.
