Nemil started his football joruney at the age of 10, when he joined the VP Sathyan Soccer Academy. He then moved to the Reliance Foundation Young Champs Academy. The midfielder's performances earned him numerous accolades such as the Best Player at the 2018 U-17 Subroto Cup. Ahead of the Hero ISL 2020-21 season, he joined FC Goa but was then, subsequently loaned out to FE Grama where he enjoyed a fruitful spell. He is now back with FC Goa and has featured numerous time for the Gaurs in the Hero ISL 2021-22.
