The 18-year-old from Meghalaya has been a starter in the Bengaluru FC U-15, U-18, and the B teams. Impressed by his heroics in the B team, head coach Marco Pezzaiuoli called him up to train with the senior team. Lyngdoh featured in the AFC Cup 2021 as he came on as a substitute, becoming the youngest player to represent senior team of Bengaluru FC at the age of 17 years.
