Born in Goa, Amay Morajkar joined the Bengaluru FC Academy from the AIFF Elite Academy in 2016. He won the Bangalore Super Division with the reserves team in 2018–19 and 2019–20 seasons and also represented Karnataka in the Santosh Trophy. Morajkar was part of the 30-member squad for the 2020 AFC Cup and made his debut against Paro FC. He made his Hero ISL debut with Bengaluru FC in the 2020-21 season.
