Arsh Shaikh was promoted to the first team from ATK FC’s academy prior to the 2019-20 season. He was part of the ATK Mohun Bagan squad during the 2020-21 season, although he didn’t get a single game in a campaign that saw the Mariners reach the final where they lost to Mumbai City FC.
