Dani Mallo's inclusion into the Atlético de Kolkata fold ahead of the new season boosts ATK's goalkeeping options. The veteran keeper spent most of his club career in Spain after graduating from Deportiva La Coruna's youth set-up in 1997. He also enjoyed brief stints with Portuguese outfit SC Braga and Scottish club Falkirk FC during his time away from Spain. The upcoming season with ATK will be the veteran keeper's first experience of football outside Europe. With a wealth of experience under his belt, the champions from Season 1 will be hoping that the Spanish custodian can make the goalkeeping spot his own.
