A Tata Football Academy graduate, Lara Sharma was part of the AIFF’s developmental team Indian Arrows in the 2017-18 season. He moved to ATK FC in 2018 and played for their reserve teams in the Calcutta Football League and the second division I-League. He joined Bengaluru FC ahead of the 2020-21 season.
