Avilash Paul started his career with Pune FC’s youth academy before going on to represent clubs like East Bengal and Aizawl FC. He made a name for himself at Aizawl FC. He was in the ATK FC squad from 2018-2020. Avilash represented ATK Mohun Bagan in Hero ISL 2020-21.
