Bio
Former World Cupper and Greek international goalkeeper Alexandros Tzorvas began his career at the reputed Panathinaikos academy but went out on loan to other native clubs including OFI Crete to gain experience before returning to his parent club a few years later for a long and fruitful spell. He’s also had a stint in Italy with Palmero and Genoa before returning to his homeland with the newly promoted Apollon Smymi during the last season. Tzorvas has made 16 appearances for Greece including at the 2010 World Cup and 2012 European Championships where he was first choice goalkeeper.
