Facundo Pereyra began his football career with amateur side Estudiantes De Buenos Aires in 2006 before being sent on loan to Chilean club Palestino. He provided two assists and scored a goal in six appearances for the Chilean outfit and thereafter shuffled between Chilean, Mexican and Argentinian leagues before signing for the Greek side PAOK Thessaloniki in 2014. He spent three years with the Greek side and grew as a player thanks to several loan moves. In 2018, Facundo joined Apollon Limassol, scoring 14 goals and bagging three assists in 53 appearances for the club. The midfielder bagged three assists for Kerala Blasters FC in 12 appearances in the 2020-21 Hero ISL season.
