Modou Sougou is a Mumbai City attacker who has taken part in the vast majority of their Indian Super League matches in 2019/2020, making 14 appearances overall and accumulating 1,112 minutes of playing time. He has started in 13 of these appearances across their 18 fixtures and come on as a substitute on one occasion. The last time that Sougou featured in the league came on February 21 for Mumbai City versus Chennaiyin; a meeting that he played 76 minutes in during a 1-0 defeat. In total, he has notched three Indian Super League goals in 2019/2020, making him the team's second-top league scorer, and chipped in with two assists. He has been shown five yellow cards.
