Robbie Keane is an Irish forward who was part of the Wolverhampton Wanderers youth set-up in England. Born on 8th July,1980, Keane began his professional career at Wolverhampton Wanderers by scoring twice on his debut. Keane then moved to Coventry City for a season before moving to Italian giants Inter Milan. Afterwards, he moved back to England with Leeds United. In 2002, he joined Tottenham Hotspur FC and spent seven and a half years with them. In 2008, he joined Liverpool but returned to Spurs shortly after. After Spurs, he had loan stints with Scottish giants Celtic and Premier League club West Ham United. He then moved to America with the Major League Soccer side LA Galaxy, playing alongside the likes of Landon Donovan and David Beckham, and played in the MLS for 5 seasons. He has 146 international caps and has scored 68 goals for his country.
