An academy product of Mohun Bagan AC, Subha Ghosh made his senior debut for the Kolkata club during the 2019-20 Hero I-League season. The forward scored three goals in eight appearances for the Mariners and played his part in the trophy win under Kibu Vicuna. After not getting any games in the first half of Hero ISL 2020-21 with ATK Mohun Bagan, Subha reunited with Vicuna at Kerala Blasters FC in the January transfer window. After no change in his fortunes and Vicuna eventually leaving the club, he joined SC East Bengal on loan ahead of the 2021-22 Hero ISL.
