Mahesh Naorem, the East Bengal FC midfielder, has taken part in six Indian Super League matches in 2024/2025 overall and accumulated 354 minutes of playing time. He has been selected in the starting XI in all six of these appearances across their nine fixtures. Naorem last appeared in a league game on December 7, playing 90 minutes for East Bengal FC against Chennaiyin FC in a 2-0 success. He has been booked twice, as well as sent off once. East Bengal FC play host to Odisha FC on December 12 the next time they are in Indian Super League action. In last season's Indian Super League, Naorem appeared in 21 games for East Bengal FC, scored four goals and provided two assists. Naorem joined East Bengal FC on loan in August 2021 from Kerala Blasters FC, for whom he made zero league appearances. He moved to East Bengal FC on a permanent basis in August 2022.
