Bio
William Lalnunfela began his youth career with Pune FC and then joined Mizoram-based club Chanmari FC. After moving to Aizawl FC, William played in the second division Hero I-League and helped them gain promotion. He went on to win the Hero I-League trophy with them the next season. The forward also had an impressive Federation Cup campaign where he was a runner-up with the club. William also appeared for Aizawl FC in the AFC Cup and the AFC Champions League qualifiers. He joined Mohun Bagan AC in 2018 but returned to Aizawl FC a season later. The forward joined Jamshedpur FC ahead of the 2020-21 Hero ISL season and bagged one assist in 11 matches. He moved to NorthEast United FC ahead of the 2021-22 Hero ISL.
