Mohun Bagan Super Giant attacker Jason Cummings has played in the vast majority of their Indian Super League matches in 2023/2024, making 23 appearances overall and playing 1,281 minutes. He has been selected in the starting XI in 16 of these appearances across their 25 fixtures and been used as a substitute on seven occasions. Cummings last featured in the league on May 4 for Mohun Bagan Super Giant versus Mumbai City FC. He netted a goal in that game for his team in their 3-1 defeat. In fact, he has netted in two successive Indian Super League appearances. The 28-year-old has netted 12 goals this Indian Super League season, which ranks him third overall in this category in 2023/2024, while also making him the top league scorer for his side. In addition, he has chipped in with two assists as well. He has been shown one yellow card. A first goal of the league season for Cummings came against Punjab FC in a 3-1 victory on September 23. In last season's A-League Men, Cummings featured in 28 games for Central Coast Mariners, scored 20 goals and provided seven assists. Prior to linking up with Mohun Bagan Super Giant in June 2023, Cummings made 49 league appearances in total at Central Coast Mariners, scoring 30 goals and providing 12 assists.
