Attacker Nikolaos Karelis plays for Panaitolikos and has played in 11 Super League 1 games in 2020/2021 since joining the club on 31st January 2021, being selected in the starting XI in seven of these and coming on as a substitute on four occasions. The last Super League 1 game that Karelis played came on May 15 for Panaitolikos versus OFI; a match that he played only two minutes in during a 2-2 draw. This season he has recorded one Super League 1 assist. Karelis played four Championship games last season for Brentford. Before linking up with Panaitolikos in January 2021, Karelis made nine league appearances in total at ADO Den Haag.
