Punjab FC's Nihal Sudheesh has appeared in the vast majority of the team's Indian Super League matches in 2024/2025, making 20 appearances overall and accumulating 1,075 minutes of playing time. He has started in 12 of these appearances across their 24 fixtures and entered as a substitute on eight occasions. Sudheesh last made an appearance in an Indian Super League game on February 22, playing 45 minutes for Punjab FC against East Bengal FC in a 3-1 defeat. In total, he has netted one Indian Super League goal this term, and registered two assists. He has been shown three yellow cards. He opened his account for the campaign against Odisha FC on September 20, scoring during a 2-1 victory. In last season's Indian Super League, Sudheesh featured in eight games for Kerala Blasters FC, scored one goal and provided one assist. Sudheesh moved to Punjab FC on loan in July 2024.
