Born in Uttarakhand, Bhupender Singh joined Jamshedpur FC after a two-year stint with Spain’s Tercera Division Club Olímpic Xativa’s U19 team. Bhupi, as he is fondly known, joined the Spanish side after a successful time with Sudeva FC’s youth sides in Delhi. He was also part of the Indian national team during the World Cup U-17 preparatory camp.
