Bio
Manandeep Singh burst onto the national radar by top scoring with 15 goals in an under-14 tournament in Chandigarh and was duly shepherded into the AIFF’s Youth Development Programme under Colm Toal. Blessed with pace, strength and a lethal shot, the bustling striker made his professional debut with Pailan (Indian) Arrows. But it was with Air India in the next season of 2011/12 that the Wayne Rooney and Cristiano Ronaldo fan began making waves. He notched up a tally of seven goals and enabled the small budget Mumbai outfit pull off some giant killing feats in the I-League. Although he could not replicate his exploits in the Red & Gold colours, his talent and potential remains undisputed. The young striker showed glimpses of his potential with the Delhi Dynamos and will be looking to add to his 1 assist in 2 games in ISL S1, for his new team, Kerala Blasters.
