Benjamin Lambot began his youth career with AFC Tubize in his home county Belgium before turning out for other Belgian clubs like Royal Excelsior Virton, Royal Antwerp FC, Lierse SK and Cercle Brugge. He also played in Azerbaijan with Simurq and in Cyprus with Nea Salamis Famagusta FC. Lambot was a solid presence at the back for NorthEast United FC in Hero ISL 2020-21 and even scored two goals in their run to the semi-finals.
