Remi joined the Chennaiyin FC reserve side in 2018 and played in the I-League second division. He spent the 2018-19 season on loan at Indian Arrows. He made his senior-team debut for the Marina Machans in AFC Cup 2019, against Nepal-based side Manang Marshyangdi. He made his Hero ISL debut in 2019-20. He represented them again in the 2020-21 season.
