Sahil Panwar has represented the country in various age-group tournaments and also captained Team India in the 2017 SAFF (South Asian Football Federation) U-18 Championship. He made his Hero ISL debut for FC Pune City in 2017-18. He made 12 appearances for Hyderabad FC in the 2019-20 season. After getting very limited opportunities, Sahil joined Odisha FC for Hero ISL 2021-22.
