Provat Lakra, the East Bengal FC defender, has appeared in the majority of their Indian Super League matches in 2024/2025, making 13 appearances overall and playing 662 minutes. He has been selected in the starting XI in seven of these appearances across their 24 fixtures and been used as a substitute on six occasions. Lakra last made an appearance in a competition game on March 2, playing 45 minutes for East Bengal FC versus Bengaluru FC in a 1-1 draw. This season the defender has provided one league assist. He has been shown three yellow cards, as well as sent off once. In last season's Indian Super League, Lakra featured in 15 games for Jamshedpur FC. Before joining East Bengal FC in July 2024, Lakra made 15 league appearances in total at Jamshedpur FC.
