Aiban Dohling began his career at Shillong Lajong FC. The 2018-19 Hero I-league season was the centre-back’s breakthrough campaign, which saw him play 19 matches for the club. Ahead of the Hero ISL 2019-20, he moved to FC Goa. Dohling has been an integral part of the Gaurs’ defensive since. He also featured in the 2021 AFC Champions League.
