Jay Gupta is a FC Goa defender who has played in the majority of the side's Indian Super League games in 2024/2025, making 16 appearances overall and playing 639 minutes. He has started in six of these appearances across their 25 fixtures and been mainly used in a substitute role on 10 occasions. Gupta last made an appearance in a competition game on February 27, playing only nine minutes for FC Goa versus Punjab FC in a 1-0 victory. He has been booked three times.
