Atlético de Kolkata head coach Jose Molina is not writing FC Goa off ahead of their 2016 Hero Indian Super League encounter at Fatorda's Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium on Thursday. ATK are presently in the top half of the table with 15 points from 11 games, while FC Goa occupy the bottom spot with 11 points from as many games. What also makes ATK favourites going into this match is the fact that they have never been beaten by the Gaurs in their previous seven encounters over the course of three seasons. However, speaking to the media on Wednesday, Molina insisted all that would count for nothing and that ATK were aware of the threat Zico's men can pose in front of their home support. “FC Goa is a great team with strong players…They are a good team with very strong attackers,” Molina told reporters.“What has happened in the past is in the past. I do not live in the past, I live in the present… From here on every ISL match is tough, anything can happen as all teams are very strong. Goa is a strong team and I'm sure they will fight a lot.”ATK's last three matches have all yielded draws and in their last game against Chennaiyin FC they conceded a late goal to allow the defending champions to get away with one point. Molina pointed out as to what went wrong for the 2014 champions in that tie. “The only problem we had in the last match was that we made some mistakes. If not for them, we would have won the match. It is important to play the same way and not make mistakes,” Molina said.Molina also said that he had no intention to match Goa's attacking football. “I think Goa will try to attack but we will play our game. We will try to control the game, we will try to do different styles. We will try to dominate.”ATK have three injury concerns going into the match in the form of Iain Hume (missed last match), Sameehg Doutie (missed last two) and Henrique Sereno and Molina said he hadn't taken any decision yet on whether or not the trio will be available for selection tomorrow.
