India international Manvir Singh is set to join the attack force of ATK Mohun Bagan FC on a three-year contract, the club announced on Tuesday. Manvir turned out 47 times for FC Goa in the last three seasons of the Hero Indian Super League (Hero ISL) and scored thrice for the club, including some crucial goals off the bench.

“Kolkata has a very special place in my heart and I am very happy to be back here. It will be a great honour to turn out for this special club in the green and maroon and I look forward to representing ATK Mohun Bagan FC for years to come,” Manvir said after signing the contract

The 24-year-old began his Hero ISL football career during the 2017-18 season, playing for the Gaurs nine times as they finished third in the standings. He was more involved for Goa in his second season with the club and scored once from 19 appearances for them during their run to the Hero ISL 2018-19 final.

Manvir featured 19 times for FC Goa last season as well, scoring two crucial goals in their run to the top of the Hero ISL standings. He will look to complement the likes of Roy Krishna, Edu Garcia and Jobby Justin, all of whom have signed contracts with ATK Mohun Bagan recently.
