Dohling leaves FC Goa after four years and was a regular part of the first team for the past two seasons. He played 44 ISL games for the Gaurs across four seasons, scoring two goals besides having as many assists.
Dohling began his youth career with Shillong Lajong FC. Later on, he left the Lajong youth academy in 2012 to join the prestigious Tata Football Academy (TFA). The centre-back spent four years at the TFA in Jamshedpur before rejoining Lajong.
The Meghalaya-based defender was promoted to the first team and made his debut for Lajong FC in 2016. He soon established himself as a key player for his state team before making his move to the ISL.
