Indian Super League (ISL) side Jamshedpur FC announced on Saturday that they have signed midfielder Sourav Das. Das will join Jamshedpur FC as his fourth ISL club, having previously played for Mumbai City FC, East Bengal FC, and Chennaiyin FC.

His addition complements Jamshedpur FC’s summer signings, which include midfielders Javi Hernandez and Mobashir Rahman.

Das began his football career with the Tata Football Academy and was later picked up by Mohun Bagan in the I-League. He entered the ISL with Mumbai City FC during the 2019-20 season, staying with them until 2021.

He then moved on loan to East Bengal FC for the 2020-21 season and continued with them for the 2021-22 season before joining Chennaiyin FC ahead of the 2022-23 season. Last season, he made just one appearance for Chennaiyin FC.

With 37 ISL appearances across four clubs, Das will look to rediscover his form with Jamshedpur FC as he begins this new chapter.
