Hero Indian Super League (Hero ISL) 2018-19 semifinalists, Mumbai City have unveiled former Gabon international, Sèrge Kevyn as their latest signing. The forward has signed a one-year deal with the club and can be viewed as a direct replacement for departed winger, Arnold Issoko.

The 25-year-old made his debut while playing for Portuguese outfit, C.S. Marítimo B more than five years ago. That season, he played 12 matches for the club but failed to score or assist a single goal. His position varied from leading the forward line to playing on the left wing.

For the 2015-16 term, Kevyn moved to F.C. Vizela but couldn't lockdown a regular berth, playing just a single match for the club. More of the same followed when he signed for U.D. Leiria, making just one appearance for the central Portugal outfit over the course of two seasons. Kevyn has meanwhile, represented Gabon eight times on the international stage.

The Islanders though, have built a steady squad ahead of the Hero ISL 2019-20 season. Modou Sougou and Paulo Machado have agreed contract extensions while the addition of Rowllin Borges and Mato Grgic will add good experience to the squad. Tunisian forward Amine Chermiti likewise, is a sensational addition that makes Jorge Costa’s men one of the strongest propositions ahead of the coming term.
