A large gathering had assembled at Mumbai’s Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport in anticipation of their hero’s arrival.People bearing posters, jerseys, and other memorabilia were thrilled when Pirès emerged from the airport. The winger obliged the crowd by signing numerous autographs and posing for photos with adoring fans.Pirès is in Mumbai for the club’s kit launch today, after which he will come to Goa to link up with the rest of the squad. The ISL season starts on October 12, with the team kicking off their campaign with a home game against Chennaiyin FC on October 19 at the state’s famous Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Fatorda.
