Hans Mulder: defensive midfielder.Delhi Dynamos FC today announced the arrival of teenaged Dutch central defender Stijn Houben and experienced Dutch-Spanish defensive midfielder Hans Mulder to assist them in their upcoming campaign in the Hero Indian Super League (ISL). The news of their arrival was flashed on social media by the club. Welcoming their “newest arrival’, Mulder, a Twitter post said that “the midfielder will blur the lines between defender and attacker”. The club also said that the physically strong Houben is all set to make sure that the Dynamos defence is “unbreakable”.Mulder, whose mother is Spanish, was recently released by Dutch second division side Nijmegen Eendracht Combinatie (NEC) after having previously represented RKC Waalwijk and Willem II in the Dutch premier division till a serious injury affected his career. He had earlier played in the youth team of Spanish side Real Zaragoza.An academy product of Feyenoord, 19-year-old Houben has turned out for HBS Craeyenhout, a top amateur team which has contributed a number of players to the Dutch national side.
