The All India Football Federation (AIFF) announced today that the newly-appointed national team head coach, Igor Stimac has released a second batch of six players, that includes Narayan Das, Salam Ranjan Singh, Dhanpal Ganesh, Rowllin Borges, Komal Thatal, in addition to an injured Anwar Ali Jr, from the ongoing preparatory camp for the upcoming King's Cup tournament to be held in Thailand.

The Croatian had released the first batch of six players this Monday out of the total 37, who initially joined the camp. They were Sumeet Passi, Nandhakumar Sekar, Redeem Tlang, Bikramjit Singh, Germanpreet Singh and Vishal Kaith. Now, the camp has a strength of 25, which will be further curtailed to 23, when the final squad is announced prior to departure to Buriram.

The Blue Tigers will be leaving for their destination on June 2 from New Delhi to take part in the four-nation tournament. Their first encounter will be against Curacao on June 5 and depending on the outcome of the match, India will either face hosts Thailand or Vietnam in the final if they win. The final will take place on June 8.
