Mohammed Rafi scored his first goal of Hero Indian Super League 2016 in his side's 2-1 victory over FC Goa at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Fatorda on Monday evening. Kerala fell behind to a Julio Cesar goal in the 24th minute before Rafi's goal within seconds of the restart in the second period restored parity. Kervens Belfort then scored the winner six minutes from full-time to give the Blasters their first away win of the season. Rafi, who also scored four goals and provided two assists for the men in yellow last season, spoke to indiansuperleague.com after the game. Here are the excerpts from the interview.A great win in a tough away game. What are your thoughts on the match?It was a tough game and a must-win game for us today. I think we played very well today, we put in a lot of effort but from now on we will need to put in more effort and will need more concentration for the matches coming up.You and Mohammed Rafique combined well for the goal. Is this something you are working on in training?We came here six days ago and we were practicing and hence were successful today.There were quite a few Kerala fans in the stands today. What's your message for them?A lot of people from Kerala had come but many of them didn't get tickets but still there were about 200 Kerala fans in the stadium today. They were very happy today and so were we.Will there be celebrations in the dressing room today?I think there will be celebrations.
