Helder Postiga at last made his presence felt in the 2016 Hero Indian Super League (ISL) on Friday evening. Playing against NorthEast United FC at the Indira Gandhi Athletic Stadium in Guwahati, the ATK marquee man came on as a substitute after sitting out ATK’s previous four matches due to injury and helped the visitors come from behind to register a 2-1 win. The former Portuguese international, who scored his first goal of the season on Friday, spoke to indiansuperleague.com after the match and discussed his team’s win that took them to the top of the table. So what are your thoughts on the match and on your performance?Fantastic victory for the team and it's great for the confidence of the team with a win against a strong team like NorthEast after losing the last game to Mumbai and now we have got to continue working hard, and this is the way.You have not played much in this season and today you played after a long time. So how important was it for you to get on the scoresheet?For me, I came here to play for ATK and I am happy to play after injury but this is the life of a football player, injuries and games.Your next game is after a while now, so how are you preparing to spend the break?There is a long period for rest and recovery now and then we have to keep working and keep trying to qualify for the semis, and that is the target.One-nil down at half-time. What was the plan in the dressing room during the break?We just thought to change two players to make some difference and it worked and we are lucky to get the three points.
