FC Goa came up on the wrong side of a 1-0 scoreline against Delhi Dynamos FC in the first leg of their 2015 Hero Indian Super League (ISL) semi-final match at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in New Delhi on Friday. Delhi could have scored more goals but found goalkeeper Laxmikant Kattimani in their way on many occasions. Kattimani, who pulled off a string of saves to keep Goa in the game, including a stunner from Gustavo dos Santos, spoke to indiansuperleague.com shortly after the match. Here are the excerpts from the interview.Do you think it was a fair result tonight?A draw would have been good. But this is not the end. We’ll come back in the next game that we play at home. We’ll have to win that, at least by a two-goal margin. Was the Goa attacking force’s finishing a big letdown? It’s football, sometimes we score, sometimes we don’t. We have to accept it."It’s football, sometimes we score, sometimes we don’t."Laxmikant KattimaniAre you satisfied with your performance tonight? Not really. Had we drawn the game, it would have been better. Nevertheless, there’s a comeback on our minds in the second leg.Does this put more pressure on the home game for FC Goa?We just need to win this match [at Fatorda on December 15] and the rest will follow.
