Antonio German struck twice for Kerala Blasters FC against defending champions Atlético de Kolkata in the 2015 Hero Indian Super League on Tuesday evening but his effort went in vain as his team lost the encounter 3-2 at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Kochi. The 23-year-old English striker, who replaced Sanchez Watt in the first half, spoke to indiansuperleague.com after the match and shared his thoughts on the Blasters’ fifth defeat in nine matches this season. Here are the excerpts from the interview.Came off the bench, scored a brace, lost with a heartbreak. What are your thoughts on the game?Obviously, I feel happy to have scored two goals. But what’s important here is that we lost the match. I thought we played well in patches. I just think we need to buck up, on a few defending things. And for me to come back and take my chance, I feel happy about it.
