Debjit Majumder put in a match-winning performance to earn Atlético de Kolkata their first home win of the 2016 Hero Indian Super League against Delhi Dynamos FC at the Rabindra Sarobar Stadium in Kolkata on Saturday. Majumder made a whopping eight saves over the course of the 90 minutes, including a stunning triple save in the first half to deny the Lions trio of Florent Malouda, Richard Gadze and Marcos Tebar within a matter of seconds. The 28-year-old also secured his second clean sheet of the season in his side's 1-0 win over Delhi. He spoke to indiansuperleague.com shortly after the match and shared his thoughts. Here are the excerpts from the interview.Congratulations! This is your first home win. How does it feel? This was a very important win for us. It was more like a do-or-die situation. Our coach warned us we only have one option today - to win. It was unfortunate that one of our players was shown the red card and we were down to 10 men. But everyone put in an extraordinary performance to get the three points. You were fifth in the table but after this game you are second, what do you have to say about that? There are still many matches left. We are happy to be second right now but we are not thinking about it. We have our next match against Mumbai City FC on 25th and we are concentrating on it.What do make of your own performance? When on the field, I always try to give my 100%. We won today, that’s the important thing. Winning for the team is more important to me.
