Another gameweek of thrilling football comes to an end as Hero Indian Super League (Hero ISL) 2020-21 approaches the Christmas break. In Gameweek 7, several great individual performances came to the fore just like previous gameweeks. In some notable results, Jamshedpur FC and Mumbai City FC ended NorthEast United FC and Hyderabad FC’s unbeaten run respectively, while Bengaluru FC remained unbeaten after beating Odisha FC 2-1. When all is said and done, let’s take a look at who all made it to the team of the week for Gameweek 7.

TP Rehenesh

Jamshedpur FC goalkeeper TP Rehenesh kept his second clean sheet of the season against NorthEast United FC. Rehenesh saved the only shot he faced on target and also denied a third Hero ISL goal for Idrissa Sylla from the spot to keep his side’s lead intact.

Mourtada Fall

After missing out on last gameweek’s team of the week, Mumbai City’s Mourtada Fall returns to the XI after having a good game against Hyderabad FC. The defender had a passing accuracy of 83% besides effecting two successful tackles, one successful interception and two blocks.

Ricky Lallawmawma

The fullback was a constant threat to the Highlanders. Ricky Lallawmawma created one chance for Jamshedpur FC, and was very sound defensively as well. He made four successful tackles, four clearances and three blocks for his side.

Costa Nhamoinesu

Costa returned from suspension and had a good game for Kerala Blasters FC in their 1-1 draw against SC East Bengal. The defender completed 53 of his total 58 passes. He also effected two clearances and three successful interceptions.

Rafael Crivellaro

Edu Bedia

The Spanish midfielder was one of the best players for FC Goa against Chennaiyin FC but could not help his side to win. Edu Bedia had a passing accuracy of 81% and defensively, he made three clearances and two successful interceptions for the Gaurs.

Cleiton Silva

Featuring here for the second successive time, Brazilian winger Cleiton Silva scored the winner for Bengaluru FC against Odisha FC. He created three chances for the Blues and had a passing accuracy of 69% as well. His performance was crucial to the Blues win.

Jorge Ortiz Mendoza

Jorge Ortiz Mendoza’s equaliser for FC Goa could not help his side to any points but he undoubtedly had a good game against the Marina Machans. The Spaniard created four goal-scoring opportunities and had a passing accuracy of 60% as well.
