Speaking to indiansuperleague.com on the eve of the encounter was their 30-year-old defender Rino Anto, who will be facing his former club. Here are the excerpts from the interview.

What is the team’s mentality like going into this crucial fixture?

For me, it’s important to get three points and the team’s focus is also the same. We have to get those three points.

Personally, how will you feel playing against Bengaluru at their stadium?

It will be a little emotional as I played for them for four years. But we are professional players and I will try my best for Kerala now.

According to you, which Bengaluru player will be of maximum threat?

It’s not about players and all. I think their entire team will be a good threat to us. They are a very good team and are in the number one position.

Any message for the fans?

Keep supporting us as you always do, as our 12th man and we will try to do our best.
